Private Drum Trial Package with Desmond Rucker
Every student starts here. The Private Drum Trial Package is two one-on-one sessions on Zoom that give you and Desmond the chance to get to know each other and make sure Virtual Drum Lessons is the right fit for both of you.
Desmond Rucker has been featured on BBC Music and has spent 19 years performing with bands across genres, including orchestras, rock bands, jazz, grunge, hip-hop, and gospel. In your trial, you'll get a feel for how he teaches: with energy, patience, and a lot of fun along the way.
What happens in your trial sessions
Talk about your goals. Share where you are as a drummer, what you want to play, and where you want drumming to take you. Whether you're just getting started or working toward playing professionally, Desmond wants to hear it.
Get an intro to the program. Desmond walks you through how the 12-session program works, what you'll learn, and how feedback between sessions supports your progress.
Get behind the kit. Time to play. Desmond hears where your playing is today and gives you a first taste of working together.
Who it's for
Beginners starting their journey and intermediate players who want to improve their skills. Access to a drum set or percussion is needed. Inquire with questions.
