Megan Mueller

Megan Mueller’s career has consistently focused on achieving excellence while driving positive impact in business and society. She is passionate about the arts has played a pivotal role in fostering intrapreneurial initiatives, launching startups, and organizing innovation competitions in collaboration with the World Economic Forum and Meta. With over a decade of leadership experience in the corporate sector, notably with Fortune 50 giant State Farm Insurance, she brings a wealth of expertise. She also served as Co-Managing Director of the Circle of Intrapreneurs, an organization comprising members from more than 500 corporations worldwide.

Ange Foster brings extensive experience in business administration and has consistently demonstrated astute leadership and strategic acumen. Ange operates at the intersection of business and environmental stewardship, viewing them not as disparate entities but as symbiotic forces that can coexist harmoniously. Her vision is rooted in the belief that businesses can thrive while contributing positively to the environment, that will help to grow a legacy of sustainability for the future. She is committed to driving positive change with a track record of excellence and a heart devoted to sustainable practices.

Desmond Rucker

Desmond Rucker is a collaborative, multi-genre musician, writer, and creative director with 17 years of experience performing in original bands across Pittsburgh and Manchester, UK. A graduate of the Royal Northern College of Music, he combines formal training in composition, production, arrangement, and creative direction with a deeply intuitive, ensemble-focused approach that makes every project he joins better.

Desmond performs across funk, jazz, rock, alternative, and indie — a versatility rooted in both contemporary band work and early orchestral percussion training at CAPA. He has contributed to a wide range of artist projects including The Beautiful Sinners, Mhari Jasmine, Turtle Park, Snowdonia Band, the Afro Yachy Music Collective, and Pablo Miller, earning recognition for original drum compositions, strong groove, and his wider role as co-writer and creative partner. His collaborative album X earned him a feature on the BBC.

Ed brings a deep background in design thinking, innovation, and human-centered problem solving with a career that has spanned between classrooms and Fortune 50 boardrooms. With a career spanning enterprise design work, patent development, and entrepreneurial leadership, Ed helps shape the experiences and structures that make Whistle both practical and transformative. He is especially focused on building thoughtful, equitable solutions that turn good ideas into lasting impact.
